Bellydance

Bellydance comes from the Middle Eastern countries, particularly Egypt, and is mainly danced by women, combining sensuality, elegance and emotion. It benefits both the body and mind. With this dance class we will journey together to explore the different styles, rhythms, steps and techniques of this legendary dance.
Urban Dance
Instructor: La Mexx
A group class where we mix into the choreography reggaton, afro-beats and reggae dance hall steps with modern reggaton hit music. Intense cardio, wear comfortable clothes and shoes. It combines body isolations, body waves, shoulder pops, jumps and more. We will learn different steps to do a flow choreography during each class! Stay tuned for group performances.
Latin/Brazilian Grooves
Instructor: Catu
A fusion of Latin (salsa, bachata, merengue, cha-cha-chá), Brazilian (samba, axé, forró) and Urban dances (hip-hop, reggaetón). These classes are fun and energizing, with a mix of rhythms and great music. The main goal is dance fitness -physical training through dance.
Zumba

This fast-paced class is a non-stop mix of Latin dances and gym. Catu incorporates effective toning exercises, and assembles fun and exciting choreos danced to uplifting music … all designed to release those endorphins we need for body & soul!
Lambada

Femme Style

A mixed style of rhythms and movements focusing on grace, sensuality and feminine expression. Romina teaches technique and confidence tools which will improve your dance. This type of class emphasizes smooth movements, delicate gestures, and elegant posture to help individuals develop a presence and skill on the dance floor traditionally associated with femininity. Join us as we explore empowering movements and styles. This class will blend movements from Bachata, Lambada, Salsa, Heels, and more!
Zumba

Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
